Mr. Hout assisted the Southern California Water Company with their five-year Capital Improvement Program. He managed the design and construction of pipeline, plants, pump stations, storage tanks, and deep-well construction projects. The projects were located throughout southern California.   

Client: Newhall Land and Farming

Mr. Hout was responsible for several sewer and water projects including the Main Trunk District 32 sewer and the Avenue Tibbits water/sewer projects. The Tibbits project consisted of large diameter pipe-laying activities, deep utilities protection and relocation, pipe jacking operations under I-5, and street improvements on various streets in Santa Clarita. These multi-million dollar projects provided sewer and water to numerous communities in the Santa Clarita valley
