His diversified experience in both the public and private sectors has positioned him to be an industry leader in the US and around the globe. He melds strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities to effectively relate to all management levels. He retains a high level of enthusiasm on his assignments and projects. Mr. Hout delivers quality projects on time and within budget.
Mr. Hout's strong sense of mentorship drove him to be a part-time instructor for the graduate civil engineering and construction management program at California State University Long Beach for nearly a decade. He successfully completed several Leadership Perspectives Programs throughout California.

Adam S. Hout

Experience & Expertise
As Vice President of Hout Construction Services, Inc. (HCS), Mr. Hout brings a multitude of
experience in the areas of finance, project management and business development. A
contrarian at heart, Mr. Hout challenges conventional methodologies to create opportunistic relationships, investments and ventures.
Prior to HCS, Mr. Hout was a Financial Advisor and Institutional Investment Consultant for a Southern California based wealth management firm. In addition to providing comprehensive investment management to high net worth clients, Mr. Hout submitted institutional bids for projects totaling over $1.7 billion in assets.
Previously, Mr. Hout was a District Manager for a Fortune 500 company where he provided financial services to business clients of all sizes. During this time, Mr. Hout received multiple performance awards as well as being inducted into the company’s globally recognized management training program.
Mr. Hout also spent time playing amateur semi-professional ice hockey in both Canada and Nebraska. At a young age, these experiences taught him the value of relationships, honesty and a strong work ethic. An alumnus of Point Loma Nazarene University, he graduated from the Fermanian School of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial Finance.
He is in the process of obtaining an MBA from the University of Southern California.

Ms. Fairfield has 29 years of marketing and project administration experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry working on projects throughout California and nationwide. Most of her experience is in the transportation and infrastructure markets, ranging from small municipal task orders to multi-billion-dollar design-build projects. Additionally, Jayme has worked on projects in the water, energy, land development, and aviation markets.
Jayme's experience includes mega projects such as Metro Purple Line 2 Design-Build Project, Metro Purple Line 3 Tunnels Design-Build Project, and Metro Purple Line 3 Stations Design-Build Project.

Ms. Yu is responsible for program management and construction management activities on several projects with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). As a Project Engineer, Emily oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering services to the projects.
Her previous experience includes engineering services for an internationally recognized science & engineering consulting firm as well as time spent with the South Pasadena Public Works Department. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Mechanics and Materials from Cornell University.

Ms. Arquette is responsible for supporting engineering design, program management and construction management activities on several projects with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), LA Metro and other clients in California. As a Project Engineer, Brianna oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering services to the projects.
Brianna holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. Koohi is responsible for program management and construction management activities on multiple projects with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). As Construction Manager, Omid oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering services to the projects.
His previous experience includes the positions of Deputy Grading Inspector/Senior Field Engineer and Senior Geotechnical/Lab Manager. He has worked on several large infrastructure projects for OCTA, Caltrans, and other transportation agencies and municipalities in California.
Omid attended the Sharif University of Technology for both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Transportation Planning.
