He melds strong technical acumen and interpersonal skills with excellent communication abilities to effectively relate to all management levels. He retains a high level of enthusiasm on his assignments and projects. Mr. Hout delivers quality projects on time and within budget.
Mr. Hout's strong sense of mentorship drove him to be a part-time instructor for the graduate civil engineering and construction management program at California State University Long Beach for nearly a decade. He successfully completed several Leadership Perspectives Programs throughout California.

As Vice President of Hout Construction Services, Inc. (HCS), Mr. Hout brings a multitude of
experience in the areas of finance, project management and business development. A
contrarian at heart, Mr. Hout challenges conventional methodologies to create opportunistic relationships, investments and ventures.
Prior to HCS, Mr. Hout was a Financial Advisor and Institutional Investment Consultant for a Southern California based wealth management firm. In addition to providing comprehensive investment management to high net worth clients, Mr. Hout submitted institutional bids for projects totaling over $1.7 billion in assets.
Previously, Mr. Hout was a District Manager for a Fortune 500 company where he provided financial services to business clients of all sizes. During this time, Mr. Hout received multiple performance awards as well as being inducted into the company’s globally recognized management training program.
Mr. Hout also spent time playing amateur semi-professional ice hockey in both Canada and Nebraska. At a young age, these experiences taught him the value of relationships, honesty and a strong work ethic.
He obtained his MBA from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurial Finance from Point Loma Nazarene University's Fermanian School of Business.

Ms. Fairfield has 29 years of marketing and project administration experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction industry working on projects throughout California and nationwide. Most of her experience is in the transportation and infrastructure markets, ranging from small municipal task orders to multi-billion-dollar design-build projects. Additionally, Jayme has worked on projects in the water, energy, land development, and aviation markets.
Jayme's experience includes mega projects such as Metro Purple Line 2 Design-Build Project, Metro Purple Line 3 Tunnels Design-Build Project, and Metro Purple Line 3 Stations Design-Build Project.

Her previous experience includes engineering services for an internationally recognized science & engineering consulting firm as well as time spent with the South Pasadena Public Works Department. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Mechanics and Materials from Cornell University.

As a Project Engineer, Brianna oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering services to the projects.
Brianna holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a focus in Structural Engineering from California State University, Fullerton.

Mr. Koohi is responsible for program management and construction management activities on multiple projects with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA). As Construction Manager, Omid oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering services to the projects.
His previous experience includes the positions of Deputy Grading Inspector/Senior Field Engineer and Senior Geotechnical/Lab Manager. He has worked on several large infrastructure projects for OCTA, Caltrans, and other transportation agencies and municipalities in California.
Omid attended the Sharif University of Technology for both a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering as well as a Master of Science in Transportation Planning.

Dena Hout
Project Engineer and AutoCAD Manager

Ms. Hout is responsible for program management on projects with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (RPV). This includes work on the City’s sanitary sewer system, as well as the Peppertree drainage replacement project. As Project Engineer, Dena oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering and program management services to the projects. In addition, Dena is responsible for all AutoCAD drafting services and provides high quality 2D technical drawings.
Her previous experience consisted of working for a small structural firm performing structural design and field inspections, a large consulting firm performing drainage design, and independent contractor work focused on AutoCAD drafting. While working as a Drainage Engineer, Dena worked on the I-90 Design Bid Build project in Cleveland, OH, the I-405 Design Build project in Washington State, and many other projects. As a Drafting Manager, Dena was responsible for delivering completed plan sets for over 30 buildings, which consisted of the sheet production from start to finish.
Dena holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.

This work is comprised of design oversight and construction management of landslide mitigation measures such as fissures filling, drainage improvements and installation of hydraugers. In addition, Mr. Gowda assists on civil and infrastructure roadway projects within RPV.
His previous experience includes transportation engineering with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) as well as international large-scale residential and commercial developments.
Hemanth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Visveswaraya Technological University and a Master of Civil Engineering degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Southern California.
