Yvette Holguin
Project Engineer 

Ms. Holguin is responsible for program management/construction management on multiple projects with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (RPV). This work is comprised of design oversight and construction management of landslide mitigation measures such as fissures filling, drainage improvements and installation of hydraugers. In addition, Yvette assists on civil and infrastructure roadway projects within RPV.  

Her previous experience includes engineering and structural services where she performed seismic design and construction inspections of hospitals in Los Angeles, protective design against man-made and natural threats for international projects, as well as applied research and dynamic testing for structures.

Yvette holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
