Measure M2 Program

Hout Construction Services, Inc. serves as an on-call consultant in conjunction with JOA Group for the Measure M2 Program Management Office. Collectively, the team will assist with the implementation of Ordinance #3- the use of taxpayer funds to improve Orange County’s roads, public transportation, and transit services for seniors and disabled persons.

The team brings policy, regulatory, technical, project management, and reporting capabilities to the Management office with the goal of improving compliance and overall efficiencies. Responsibilities include analysis of internal processes, audits and status reports, performance and reviews.
