Emergency Evacuation Network Resiliency (EENR) Study

Our team is leading the public outreach efforts for the SBCTA & WRCOG Emergency Evacuation Resiliency Network (EERN) Study to ensure that all voices are heard in shaping a resilient evacuation network. Guided by a robust Stakeholder Engagement and Community Outreach Plan, we are focusing on delivering inclusive, transparent, and actionable public engagement.


Stakeholder Collaboration: We are facilitating workshops, focus groups, and meetings to bring together emergency responders, community leaders, and agencies to identify key areas of congestion and infrastructure challenges.

Disadvantaged and Tribal Community Engagement: Through targeted outreach, culturally sensitive communication, and multilingual materials, we are ensuring that historically underserved and tribal communities have opportunities to share their needs and priorities.

Transparent and Accessible Communication: We are employing diverse outreach tactics, including public meetings, surveys, virtual platforms, and social media, to keep the public informed and actively engaged.

Actionable Input Collection: By gathering feedback from stakeholders and the public early and continuously, we are delivering insights that directly guide the study and its outcomes.
