Disney's California Adventure

Mr. Hout assisted in developing Disney's $2 billion Anaheim resort expansion. He was instrumental in developing the construction management plan for the infrastructure group to guide the design and construction of streets, parking, and park development projects. He and his team delivered $800 million of infrastructure projects within the first year of the project.
