Ms. Yu is responsible for program management and construction management activities on several projects with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), City of Rancho Palos Verdes, and LA METRO. As a Project Manager, Emily oversees design/construction work and provides comprehensive engineering and construction management services to the projects.

Her previous experience includes engineering services for an internationally recognized science & engineering consulting firm as well as time spent with the South Pasadena Public Works Department. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Engineering degree in Structural Mechanics and Materials from Cornell University.
