Mr. Nia is responsible for program management/construction management on multiple projects with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (RPV). This work is comprised of design oversight and construction management of landslide mitigation measures such as fissures filling, drainage improvements and installation of hydraugers. In addition, Payam assists on civil and infrastructure roadway projects within RPV.  

 

His previous experience includes construction management services for commercial and residential projects both locally in California as well as internationally.

 

Payam holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Isfahan University of Technology.
