Mr. Gowda is responsible for project/construction management on multiple projects with the City of Rancho Palos Verdes (RPV). This work is comprised of design oversight and construction management of landslide mitigation measures such as fissures filling, drainage improvements and installation of hydraugers. In addition, Mr. Gowda assists on civil and infrastructure roadway projects within RPV. 

 

His previous experience includes transportation engineering with the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Authority (SFMTA) as well as international large-scale residential and commercial developments. 

 

Hemanth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Visveswaraya Technological University and a Master of Civil Engineering degree in Transportation and Highway Engineering from the University of Southern California.
