Tim Connors, PE, PMP, has more than 40 years of experience spanning public and private sector infrastructure, land development, and energy projects. His expertise covers program and site management, engineering design and permitting, construction management, land development planning and entitlements, design-build delivery, contract negotiations, cost and schedule control, dispute resolution, and project closeout. Tim has successfully managed large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including highways, bridges, light rail transit, flood control, hydroelectric and solar power facilities, and mixed-use developments. He has also served as an owner’s representative and provided executive oversight on distressed assets, resolving complex contractual, financial, and construction challenges. Most recently, Tim has applied his leadership to emergency landslide stabilization efforts in Rancho Palos Verdes, overseeing the accelerated installation of deep dewatering wells to reduce land movement and protect critical infrastructure.
